Even the supream court in Japan made a judge that tattooing is not medical act, So now South Korea is the only country in which tattooing is ruled as medical act in the world.

In the interview, the head representative, Tattooer Doy ( Kim, Do youn ) said, " since the past lawsuit case has been up in 1992, now South Korea is the only country where tattooing is illegal", " It automatically ignores 13,000,000 consumers who enjoy getting tattoos by making Korea tattooists who are leading the trend and the culture worldwide as criminals".

Tattooist doy made it clear by saying, " This efforts through generations are all to protect tattooers, and clients at the same time", " We insist the constitutional court's general, and righteous judegement to begin a new journy which should be formed by legislation, ,revision, education and, culture ".

For this constitutional appeal was made by less than 1 year experienced tattooist in the union.

The layer 'Kwak, Ye ram' declares " the numbers yearly generated has been restricted by government, and the concept that tattooing must be done by doctors who have learned medical training which has no relation with aesthetic, and tattooing skills for a long time is trespassing the people's freedom of rights to express their art, and freedom of choosing their own jobs ", " tattooing , medically speaking, this is closer to artistic expression in aesthetic perception than medical caring perception."

Layer Kwak also emphasized " As the rate of consumption of tattoo has been increasing dramatically, there are almost no professional doctor tattooer, Even the hospitals, and medical universities have no way to train tattooing skills properly, so this law is violating people's freedom to get tattooed, and the tattooers all together now.
